I am a student of PGPBM of Asian School of Business Management the leader of B-Schools in India. The atmosphere of this school is just like a “Gurukul”. The faculties of this school are world class. Business communication is one of the important parts of this PGPBM. As per the programme of the Business Communication our faculty Prof. T K Chakravarthy gave us a live project on takes an interview of a successful Business personality. Prof. Chakravarthy had gave us some idea how we will take an interview. He also suggested us how we will present us and our college in front of them. I decided to meet Mr. Mahadev Kar, Managing Director of “Jashmine Techno-Cast (Pvt.) Ltd”, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar.
M E T H O D O L O G Y
Preparation of Questions:
I started of the project by preparing a set of question for Mr.Kar.
Appointment:
Before going to Mr. M. Kar I took an appointment from Mr. Kar
Choosing the Mode of Interview:
After taking an appointment from Mr. Kar and according to his convince I went to there industries for face-to-face interview.
Introduction
This live project is done by face to face interview with Mr.Mahadev Kar. Managing Director, Jashmine Techno-Cast (Pvt.) Ltd a successful Manger-cum-business man who has his own industry name Jashmine Techno-Cast (Pvt.) Ltd, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. He is an Engineer, from REC, Wrangle.
The plants of the group are situated at Mancheswar industrial area, Bhubaneswar. The group was brought in to existence in the year 2004 with. The business of the group was started by Mr. Mahdev Kar, and his friends.

Interview with Er. Mahadev Kar. Managing Director, Jashmine Techno-Cast (Pvt.) Ltd.
1. What are your experiences?
After completion of my engineering I started my carrier as an executive trainee in Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL), Sunabeda, in there engine division. They are deputed me as a trainee in the foundry and force division, especially for manufacturing of precision Investment Casting of Turban Blade (High temp. Alloy). It is made from Cobalt Alloy grade stelite six under Russian Collaboration.
2. What is your unit product and what is your future product plan?
Our unit product is “Precision Investment Casting” i.e. made from Ferous, Non ferous, metals and its Alloys. It is mainly expert oriented product. Now it is domestic market. In future I would like to make it as an export business, and particularly in European Countries.
3. Who is your target customer?
Basically our products are used as a machine component in any kind of engine. Our product is highly demanded by Aeronautical Industries.
4. Why you choose this career?
After completing 15 years of experience, there I learn about the business. Because learning is an art which helps each person to reach at there goal. After learning so many activities which are very necessary for each and every business personnel, I had decided to start my own industry.
5. Before selecting an employee what are the major thing you focused?
To build a team is very easy and it will take very few times but to build an effective and charged team is very essential. After I started my business I have selected those people who have better leadership quality, and encourage them to built an effective team and lead them for achieving our Organizational goal.
6. How you motivate your subordinates?
As a team leader I always use to motivate my subordinates by looking there attitude. Basically I always try to study my subordinates that he is satisfied with his job or not. Then I help them to make there job interesting.
7. How you judge your employee and take action?
I always interact with my subordinates to knowing how they are interested and enjoying there job. Like other organization here also some employees are available whose are not giving more interest towards his job. For overcoming this problem I motivate them and help them. And after that if they didn’t change there attitudes then I leave those people from my organization.
8. What is your organization’s marketing strategy?
We have been making profit by approaching customer and providing better quality and services to those customer. On November 14, 06’ our product will participate in IIT, and I will represent my product’s quality.
9. According to you what is the major skill for success?
According to me one person can achieve the goal after involving himself minimum 1000 days inside the organization. I met more & more entrepreneur and see the struggle they do, and after that I determine myself to be struggled. I always believe in learning and applying.
10. How organizations maximize there profit?
It is very necessary that the organizations should produce opportunity for its customer. By looking to the condition it should differentiate product by differentiating its target customer. Then it should focus on customer satisfaction by providing better “after sale service”.
Conclusion
In this 21century the competition is rampant. Every day there is minimum one industries/organization has been build up. But there are few no. of organization who will able to meet there goal. It is happening because “Success people don’t do different things, they do the same thing in different way”.
A company can achieve his objective only by following the proper way. The organization should have very cool and balanced atmosphere. Because good climate give pleaser to people psychology, and psychology play a major role inside the organization. It helps people to enjoy their job, they should more realistic towards there job. This psychology always motivates a person. If a person is satisfied in his job then it will give a positive feeling otherwise they will fell very negatively.
Organization success always depends on its employees or member. Employees can help in the growth of the company by learning and applying there knowledge. So learning is only a path of improving.
